Program With Kedarji
We warmly invite you to attend our sacred celebration of Mahashivaratri, on Monday, February 16, 2026. Program from 6:50-8:30pm, ET. **This is an annual fundraiser for our school.
WHAT IS MAHASHIVARATRI?
Every year we celebrate Mahashivaratri. This is an annual celebration glorifying Lord Shiva, the Guru of the Siddhas. It is said that on Mahahshivaratri each utterance of the Mantra Om Namah Shivaya is worth a thousand repetitions of Om Namah Shivaya. On Mahashivarartri we invoke the victory of light over darkness and ignorance. Kedarji will lead this program with a talk that will be followed by chanting and meditation.
DONATION
**This is an annual fundraiser. There is a donation of $50 per person collected at the door. The donation goes to support our not-for-profit public charity by covering the costs for producing and presenting these programs and providing food. Your donation is 100% tax-deductible (check with your accountant for how this applies to your tax situation).

WHERE
This program will take place at Nileshwar Hall in Youngstown, OH. You must reserve in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed by email or phone, along with all program details and the location for this date. **Handicapped accessible. **This event will also be webcast live for those who do not live in the region (see below).
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
The Meditation Hall will open at 6:45pm for seating. Our program will begin at 6:50pm with chanting. We welcome you and anyone you wish to bring. We look forward to meeting you and greeting you.
